Payment Holidays

We are offering support to customers that are experiencing issues with their finances as a result of COVID-19, with a payment holiday of up to three months. Please contact us by telephoning 020 8950 8811 or emailing with your name, telephone number and brief description of your enquiry – along with your mortgage account number. Please be assured that we'll contact you as soon as we can.

If you have already been granted a 3 month payment holiday but require an extension to this please complete the Income and Expenditure Form which can be found in the Payment Holiday Income and Expenditure  tab above. Once you have completed the form please email or post it back to us.

Please be aware that due to the challenging times we are all experiencing, we are dealing with a much higher number of calls than normal. We are still doing our best to help customers as quickly as possible and we appreciate your understanding.
